I wish I could provide a review for the actual dental work, but I can't, because I never got to that point. I was specifically looking for a dentist near downtown Salt Lake City, so I scheduled an appointment with the Center of Dental Professionals at their location on 530 East 500 South as a new patient. When I arrived for the appointment, they told me my appointment was at the Murray location. I was never told my appointment was at the Murray location - I didn't even know they had a Murray location. So I called their number to cancel and they couldn't find my appointment on the calendar at either location. There are a plethora of dentists in Salt Lake City, I have other options. If this is how their scheduling is, what other mistakes will they make? Thanks but no thanks.

This place is HORRIFIC. My first appointment, I waited for over an hour to get called back. For some crazy reason, I decided to use the same place to remove my wisdom teeth. During the surgery they broke two other teeth and wouldn't fix them unless I paid. Not only that, I set up a 3 payment plan and after three months I was under the impression I was paid in full. After getting statements saying I owed over $300, I called the billing department well over a dozen times and either got no answer, "we'll call you back", or got put on hold for so long I hung up. Next thing you know, I'm getting court summons claiming I never paid anything. This place is a fraud and a joke. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I should also mention, they bribe their customers with discounts to write positive reviews. I'm guessing anything positive on here is staged in order to receive a better deal.

Keep in mind that this place bribes all of its customers with money to write positive google reviews, so take them all with a grain of salt. I really didn't like this place, I went in once because it was close to my house. The dentist told me I had about 20 cavities (umm..no I don't) and of course, wanted to do work on all of them. I'm very nervous about a dentist that wants to work on almost all of my teeth (and get paid for it) when other dentists tell me I don't have any teeth that need to be worked on. How is this different than a car repair person making up problems with your car because he knows you're not going to know any better? I would have been happy to just chalk this up to a bad dentist and forget about it, except that they've been hounding me like a crazed stalker ever since. I called 3 times to cancel my 6 month followup appointment, yet I kept getting calls and texts to confirm my appointment. Now they've tracked me down to the new state I've moved to and are sending me ads. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! This business needs to be stopped= please support honest people and take your business elsewhere. SEP 2014: Update: Just thought I'd let you know that I got yet another call from this clinic to schedule an appointment. I went in ONCE, and this was at least a year and a half ago. I called at least 3 times to ask them to stop contacting me. They're never going away!

Really like this place. Jana RDH is nice and did the cleaning good and gentle. Front desk staff is helpful. I feel my teeth are taken good care of there.

Extremely unprofessional and slow! If you have children that need dental work the assistants here are on the same level. The bimbo secretary at the desk was rude and unhelpful, she talked down to everyone. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to write a prescription, after a 5 minute exam. They're quick to take your money and that's about it. Oh and the lobby was full of screaming snot nosed kids taking up the 2 couches, leaving nowhere to sit.
