Horrible experience.... I will NEVER return. Both my child and I left in tears.

We have had nothing but problems with this Pediatric Dentist. First, the person that schedules the appointments must be very busy since she didn't hear anything I said when making the appointment. Second, It happened again with our other child. Third, they billed our insurance for things that they didn't do, and when I called them they said that they would credit it back to the insurance. They didn't credit the insurance, instead they billed them again.

My kids love Dr. White and his staff.
