The office staff was extremely courteous and accommodating to schedule an emergency appointment for our daughter. Dr. Howard was thorough with his diagnosis, treatment and scheduled follow up. Most appreciative to find such a professional and conscientious practice on short notice and in an emergency situation.

RECEPTIONIST: Felt completely uncomfortable when I called to set up my appointment. The receptionist was polite but became easily frustrated when I asked questions. I called again today, and the receptionist that answered was just as irritable.
