Tire & Lube Review. Pitiful. Saddest retail experience ever. I was the only vehicle in the bay....all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. It took them two hours to change the oil. One worker had to get the manager to remove the oil filter. It was too hard! The other worker, couldn't do anything at all, so the two of them stood there and watched the dept manager/head do the oil change. When he left, they told me it took so long because they were were understaffed. How many grown men does it take to do an oil change? They left oil all over the top of the engine and down one fender. I told them not to worry about the tire rotation, didn't want to spend anymore time, plus I was afraid the tires would fall off later............... the store is okay for shopping, no problem there, but stay away from the auto dept.
5/16/14 Zero stars is not an option, otherwise I would select it. Purchased photo prints online, ready in one hour. I was told the photo machine was "down" after waiting an hour. Photos will be ready tomorrow. The manager did not seem to care to make an attempt to solve the problem. Just as usual, the employees exhibit severe laziness and lack care to do their jobs. They are aware that they get paid the same per hour weather or not I get the pictures that I previously paid for. This work ethic is spreading across our country at a rapid rate. Do less for more is the common idea that drives society to total entitlement. Sooner or later, the lazy will outnumber the hard workers. This store is an example of how this entire country will soon be. Support your local, small business owners, the only ones left that actually care about their customers.
Worst store EVER. The customer service is GOD AWFUL. I'd only go there if every store on earth was closed.
They constantly are understaffed on registers and they put in self check out machines which are most likely the single most irritating piece of technology in the history of mankind.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen! Especially the Customer Service desk employees and the Customer Service Manager is the worst of all.
