If I was you I would not go to this Dentist at all. And if you do decide to go, be warned, be very careful. The staff in the office does not know what they are doing. I have been going back and forth with these people since 2010. They made many mistakes on my account. For Example: not turning bills into the insurance. Then trying to come back and get it from me. I don't think so.Your mistake is not my problem. It seems like they can not count, nor keep any paper work straight. Even after I went and talked to them in person and showed them my paperwork. We figured out together that I owned them something. Which I went and paid in full. They still came up with an amount that I owe for some unknown reason. And send me another bill. Called them right away I was told disregard the bill this was our mistake. Again a mistake. How many more mistakes are you going to make. After all that they send this to an collection agency. Now I have to deal with them. This is totally ridiculous. Also I took my daughter there for a cleaning/check-up. They told me she had 12 cavities. Which by the way I couldn't believe, because she never had any cavities so far. Therefore I m so glad I didn't let them drill on her teeth. Instead we went to get a second opinion. My new dentist said she has no cavities at all. Boy did I feel relieved. These people are trying to mess your teeth up. Telling you all kinds of crap just to get your money. These people are trying to suck every penny out of you. Be smarted then that and go somewhere else.
