ORIGINAL POST Back in Oct 2013: I went to this phycility and the receptionist Sabrina Garland was walking around in socks. When asked "Do you have to wear shoes?' She snappily replied back "Ma'am we are not required to wear shoes" A little un-hygenic if you ask me. After checking-out with the same shoe-less receptionist, she informed me that "Im sorry my shoe-less-ness bothered you" In a very spit-fire like attitude with a hint of sarcasm. I informed her that working in a medical field and using the excuse of 'I have worked a 12 hour shift' is no excuse for a lack professional attire. I will be returning at 9AM when they open tomorrow to speak with Tiffany, the head personal. UPDATE: I did in fact speak with Sabrinas superior and according to a Facebook message Sabrina sent to me herself after STEALING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, claimed I "made her and her wife's life hell" and other nasty comments. SEE PHOTO. This former employee VIOLATED HIPAA and should NEVER BE employed in the Profesional medical field again!

He didn't let me tell him what was wrong before he started yelling at me and my mom that hes the doc talking erratic and rolling around in his chair throwing his arms up. I then couldn't take it anymore and asked why he was treating me this way and he said there's the door you can leave. I told everyone in waiting room and hes getting reported.
