Dr. Mahn is absolutely the best. I've had many different dental procedures over time but I must say that Dr. Mahn's practice is top of the line. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to return to Dr. Mahn for any of my periodontal needs. He is personable, caring,and knows his specialty. And I have to tell you, I didn't have a single bit of pain either during the procedure or during recovery the weeks after. Everything worked perfect and just as he prepared me for. And let me comment on his staff - absolutely fantastic. You will not find a more caring staff from dental care to paperwork. You just can't get better than Dr. Mahn's practice. Even if you're a bit apprehensive, go in for the consultation. You'll be totally amazed - and glad you did.

We are very satisfied with Dr.Mahn's expertise, care and follow up service for my daughter's recent oral surgery for a retained tooth exposure and I cannot emphasize enough of his team's customer service throughout and after her surgery especially Karamen and Paula are one of the best people that we have had in a while in a medical facility . The place is tidy, easy to get in for an appointment and affordable prices in town . I highly recommend Dr.Mahn for your whole family periodontal needs .

I've had three previous periodontal surgeries out of the area, so needless to say, I was not thrilled when my new dentist referred me to Dr. Mahn for yet another. However, from my first visit, I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, and particularly with Dr. Mahn's thorough evaluation of my case and patience in explaining his recommended approach. I had a previous (unsuccessful) surgery on the same area Dr. Mahn treated, so I was somewhat skeptical of a major improvement, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. This surgery was not only the easiest I've ever had, but painless, both during the procedure and during recovery. The post-surgical care was also first rate, with the staff calling me the night of the surgery as well as a few days after to check on my recovery. Most highly recommend!

Dr. Mahn set me at ease from the first consultation. My mouth was in terrible shape due to fear of dentists. I required multiple extractions and then implants; not good for someone in his thirties. Because I am a younger patient we elected to go with individual implants. Dr. Mahn offered pretreatment medication, sedation and multiple round injections of novcaine (or whatever they use now) so that I felt nothing. He personally called me each time post-op (even when he was "on vacation") and provided a personal phone number. Dr. Mahn is very easy going, even when you whip out you camera phone mid-procedure so you can take a picture of the "latest" implant, right at the "critical" implant time. Dr. Mahn did 6 implants, a gum restoration, and a crown lengthening, along with cosmetic touch ups to several other teeth. He is the best.

Dr. Mahn and his staff were nothing short of wonderful to me. The procedure that he performed for me (crown lengthening) was in conjunction with some dental work done by a dentist in Warrenton, VA (Dr. Jason Woodside) - the two communicated with each other about my dental needs, which left me feeling confident and comfortable. His personality and friendly demeanor was a delight to be around. I absolutely recommend Dr. Mahn for any of your periodontal needs.
