I had a 2:30 appointment; showed up at 2:20. I was not called until 3:20 - a 60 minute wait and 50 minutes past my appointment time! Then after speaking with the nurse for a few minutes about my condition and took a copy of the CD I brought from the ER with my xrays. The doctor came in a few minutes later. Without asking me a single question, he diagnosed my problem. He looked at my ankle for about 30 seconds and confirmed his diagnosis. I certainly got the impression he had a diagnosis in his mind before he walked in the door. The ER doctor had seen the same x-rays and could not diagnose my issue. Maybe he the best orthopedic doctor in the entire universe and can diagnose ailments without talking to patients, but I'm guessing he is not the best doctor in the universe. So, in summary, I waited 60 minutes, was seen by the doctor by 60 seconds, and left. Will never go there again.
