I've been a Neibauer patient for a few years now and they've always done a spectacular job of working on my mouth and, most importantly, keeping appointments. Recently, there's been a decline in their ability to keep appointments on time. I haven't been seen on-time the last few times I've gone and today I arrived 15 minutes early (in case there was paperwork to fill out) and waited 50 minutes before giving up and heading back to work. I have to take time off from work to make these appointments and I don't have time to waste sitting in the waiting room. I don't know if they're over-booking patients or just slacking but I've had enough and will be moving to the dental facility down the street. I do want to say that my only gripe is with time-keeping. Dr. Patil and all the staff are courteous, professional and extremely nice and favored highly in me not rating them a 1-Star. Their work is top-notch and I'm sad that I have to go but I can't waste my time anymore. If you're not big on keeping a schedule, this is the dental facility for you.

I woke up without half a tooth. The medical facility on base was closed so I went to and was treated by Dr. Patil. My insurance doesn't cover off base expenses but they made me a new tooth and sent me out the door at no cost anyway. They were very kind and expedient, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was so nervous and anxious going to get a crown and filling because all the other places I've been I've felt it, and anyone who knows this knows it's terrible. Here, they listened to what I had to say and took it seriously that I was hard to numb, they even stopped and gave me more when I could just feel it a little. Made this nightmare a very pleasant experience and I plan on getting all my work done here

Care and customer service is excellent! I feel GREAT about my teeth when I leave Neibauer. Wonderful Staff. :)
