Had an appointment at 130 pm. Didn't even see the dr till 245pm. Unprofessional. The lady at the front desk kept saying they are so busy today. But it was only my self and two other patients for the past hour.
I was fortunate and blessed that I found Dr. Behsudi because she properly diagnosed my thyroid problem; otherwise, my thyroid would have been completely destroyed by autoimmune problem and I would have been dependent on thyroid medication for the rest of my life. I had thyroid problem for 2 years, and I saw 2 endocrinologist doctors at Georgetown University Hospital that they are both professors, and another endocrinologist doctor who received his PHD from Johns Hopkin University. All these 3 doctors prescribed Synthroid medication without trying to safe my thyroid, and they all mentioned that my problem is an autoimmune problem( my body is fighting with my thyroid) and they didn’t know why my body was reacting that way, and they all said that I have to be on thyroid medication for the rest of my life. Dr. Behsudi always tries to find the root of the problem, after some blood test and food allergy tests, she found that I had gluten sensitivity problem, and for this reason, my body was attacking my thyroid. After eliminating gluten from my diet, my thyroid is back to normal and I don’t have to be dependent on thyroid medication for the rest of my life. I am very grateful to Dr. Behsudi. I have been recommending Dr. Behsudi to friends and family members, and they all have noticed improvements in their health just by changing their diet and adding some vitamin supplements.
This is one of the worst Doctor's offices I've ever visited. The entire office is un-professional and dirty. The Doctor her self was unprofessional, left the patient room several times and the door open while I was in there un-dressed for an exam! The back was dirty! They made a copy of my insurance information then entered the information wrong. LabCorp ended up billing me for months, even though the DOCTOR her self had received the check and never cleared it up with LabCorp! The second time I called to make an appointment they were rude on the phone and not helpful at all! I would advise everyone NEVER to go to them as it's not professional nor does it even seem like they know how to run business let a lone a doctor's office.
Great experience very professional and knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff, no long wait and very reasonable fee for uninsured patients. Above all the quality of care was very high. Dr. Behsudi diagnosed my condition which was missed for years during my first visit. I just want to say that "It was the most amazing medical office experience I ever had"
These people should work on the street and not in the office. They are rude. I called to make an appointment and I asked them how long I have to wait because I have to leave at a certain time to pick up my daughter. They said 20 minutes. when I got there, I had to wait for 1 hour. After that, the doctor only took 5 minutes to do the exam and sent me for an ex-ray. When I called back to ask for a copy of the bill, that lady asked me "why?" Her voice is annoying. It's like I bother her a big time. I begged her, please, please, I need it for my car insurance purpose. She finally said, fine. It's the worse doctor office ever. Trust me. They don't want your business.
