I had PRK surgery with Doctor Patel, and she has been excellent throughout the whole process. I've only dealt with her, she never moved me off to a tech or a different team member. Probably the best part was how much time she spent going over the differences between PRK and LASIK. She laid out the two different choices very clearly and let me choose the one that was right for me.

Really pleased with both Dr. Patel and the office team at NOVA Eye. Very friendly and professional. I went to see her due to my eye being swollen and the eyesight in my left eye was not as clear. Dr. Patel diagnosed me within the first few minutes of my examination with dry eye (which I didn't realize can cause sight impairment and swelling of the eye), saved me about $1,000 from having to have my lasik enhanced (which I thought I was going to have to do to fix my vision) and now has me on a regimen to help remedy this condition.

My whole family has seen Dr. Patel, and we are all thrilled with her and the office staff. My children, husband, grandfather, and father in law, including myself,have all seen Dr. Patel for various things throughout the years and have nothing but good things to say. She made sure that every question was addressed and never felt rushed. I really appreciate that. I also liked that she can see all ages of my family from the kids to the grandparents. I recommend her to everyone I know. The staff is friendly and helpful which goes a long way with me.
