This place is pure gold... Frankly, I can't stand going to see my regular doctor after visiting here. One of their doctors actually saved my life. She walked me through the process of going to a radiologist for a ultrasound. She had us wait there until she saw the results, she called us and told us to go directly to ER where she had already told them we would be coming. Apparently I not only had a gallbladder that needed to be removed but it was later found that I also had pancreatitis which apparently means my pancreas was trying to digest itself from the inside out... Not pleasant. Anyway, I thought I just had a bad stomach flu or something and if it wasn't for her I may have had some important internal organ get compromised. Their bedside manor is always excellent and I can't recommend them more.
Don't know the address but they are between the Jack-in-the-Box and Fred Meyers in a red brick building. Today (Friday night) they sign in their last patient at 6:15. Haven't actually seen them but we couldn't find the office so were later than they allow and seem to be okay about taking us anyway. So I would say they are at least flexible and understanding. :)
I really hate to have to go to urgency care because of previous experiences but this team of caring professionals changed that. I was treated well and quickly once escorted to the exam room. I felt like I was in capable and competent hands and was treated with respect and dignity. From the Medical Assistant to the warm and delightful NP and the MD who stopped by my room to confirm the Dx on my broken bone, this was a terrific group of professionals!
I was misdiagnosed with a severe illness all because the doctor read the results incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, but the only reason why I discovered this mistake was because I requested my results and read them myself - clear as day to a non- medically trained person (me) that I was misdiagnosed. I also wouldn't have been so upset when I first found out except I had to call the doctor and all she did was send me a packet and prescription via mail. What happened to standard of care?
I forget the blonde lady DR.'s name but she has the best bedside manner I've ever seen in a DR. Very Nice, She Listens, and has a warm smile :) Also they where very quick to get us in but didn't feel rushed :) Love this Place! A+!
