The staff at Henschell Chiropractic is amazing. From the front desk to the adjusting room, they have a great system that answers all my questions and left me feeling very cared about. The front desk staff really made me feel at home. The doctors were able to answer all of my health questions, and always encouraged more, so I wouldn't be confused. I would, and do, refer my friends to this office.

My very first visit I was there for over an hour and a half and all I got was an initial exam and xrays with no adjustment. At no time did anyone communicate to me that I would NOT get an adjustment on my first visit! So with insurance it cost me out of pocket $ 92.49 just to get my first adjustment. I already was skeptical about chiropractors and all this did was reinforce what I had already thought. They say if you are referred your initial exam is free....well I was referred and they some how got out of that because they want people to sign up for some class then it would be free. All around it seems very sketchy and they are not upfront with you on how they work at all! Two thumbs down!
