Federal Way Dentistry is a Great Dental Office !!! Dr. Williams offers all the latest equipment, from digital x-rays to email reminder for your upcomming dental appointments. Dr William and his Hygienist Jennifer are both very gentle, and they are very concerned with your comfort and delivering quality dental treatment. All of his employees are very efficent at their job. I am very happy with my experience at this office.

Federal Way Dentistry is an excellent place for dental care. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for my dental work for 5 years. Dr. Williams & his staff always give me friendly & gentle care. He has the latest state of the art equipment & I am very pleased with the beautiful crowns he did for me. I always get phone & e-mail reminders of appointments & always get seen on time. Best place for dental care!!

1st time i was there everything was great. however, they f* up my second appointment. i had to drive from Bellevue to their place to get my teeth clean, but when i got there i found out, my appointment got cancel (they couldn't contact me via email??, but they reminded me my appointment time via my email wtf). moreover, they have $50 charge policy?! if you are not showing up for your appointment. they didn't do a thing for me! i should lower their rating!

Saw another dentist before going to Dr. Williams, was told i would have to have a Root canal on a tooth with a bad cavity and automatically was referred to a specialist. I decided to see to Dr. Williams for a second DDS opinion before seeing the specialist. Dr. Williams was able to avoid a Root canal and just do a filling on the tooth. I was very happy, had the rest of my restorative work done here and have had no issues with my teeth since!! Great Dentist!!!
