Staff is very personable and helpful. Heather is always willing to assist with Medical equipment and Greg (Pharmacist) is *always* helpful when I call it asking about drug interactions between over the counter meds and my son's prescription meds. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I find the people at Chinook Pharmacy very helpful on all my meds. You can phone in refill info at anytime on their recording, and also leave extra messages on it. If a prescription has expired, they will phone that doctor to get a renewal. I've never found the pharmacists and clerks rude, whispering, or judging any person. Sometimes they DO have to handle very difficult customers who won't be satisfied ANY way. Out of towners may find our ways slow but correct and Chinook people will lean over backwards with what info they receive to help as best they can. Chinook is here to serve us.

It is very hard to get the Pharmacy staff not to judge those that shop there...especially those that purchase all of their medications there. Let's just say........confidentiality is not their strong suit when it comes to your medication file. It's a very small town, I guess that's the reason. But HIPPA should still play a part in running this business. Small town mentality.
