I fell down walking on an extremely ice road during hunting season in the mountains and SHATTERED my right wrist. Dr Bede was referred by the emergency surgeon at Morton General Hospital as they were not able to do much more than external manipulation and cast my wrist until I was able to get back home to Lakewood. I ended up having to have an external fixator put on (steel bar and screws in my hand / arm). My appt with him was at 11:00am and by 12:30 I was going into surgery! I appreciate him giving me the attention I needed when it would of been so easy to schedule me for a time more convenient for him.The whole process during the recovery right up to the physical therapy and removal of the steel bar was exceptional by him and his staff. My wrist is working perfectly and am able to still go bow hunting with my husband! THANK YOU DR BEDE!!
