I switched to this pharmacy for the convenience of 24 hour service. But it was a terrible experience. They are understaffed and overworked. Lines in the drive through can take 20 minutes. Phone call hold times are 10 minutes plus. When one of my common prescriptions was on "back order" I had to wait a week, going back in person twice to find out what was going on. I couldn't believe it when I found out there was an alternative brand available the whole time that no one told me about until I asked. After I'd had enough, I asked them to turn off my auto-refills so I could move to another pharmacy. Just got an automated call - "you refills are in". Great- looks I need to get that reversed now so my insurance won't deny me at the pharmacy I was trying to move to. Save yourself a lot of aggravation - chose another pharmacy. There is nothing convenient about this one.
Always very good. I see where a person who was not an American was treated in a bad way and that is the fault of a clerk who should be taught right from wrong.
I really had bad experience in this store. I am from foreign country (asia) I have been to these store few times but this time They cashier asked me leave the bag outside I wasn't comfortable with that request so I left but the cashier let American student enter with the bag what is with that !!!
One of the few 24hr places in Lynnwood. Attracts an interesting crowd at some points during the day but, it is very convenient in both location and hours.
This is the best walgreens around.. I love that some of the girls know my name and are always friendly. Plus if you buy cheap makeup (I wont pay more the $15 for foundation) they will always accept returns if you get the wrong color - I love that! And the drive through pharmacy is really nice - althoug they do need some people who speak CLEAR english working the mic on the drive thru.. I can never understand the asians through a fuzzy mic.. but whatever they still help me and are super polite:)
