I had issues with appointments and setting up appointments. One time I went in for a appointment for a follow up for a ex-ray after a month. I show up for the appointment and they tell me the doctor isn't in today. Didn't let me know before I drove 10 miles there. Now there is issues with setting up appointments for the physical therapy the doctor prescribed. The doctor said to call the office a couple days later to schedule the appointment so I did. When I called I had to leave a message to call me back. They called me back a day later to schedule the appointment but that didn't happen because of issues that needed to be cleared up with insurance. The lady said she would call me back as some as she got some info. 3 business days later I still hadn't got the call back so I called the office back again. The receptionist transfered me to the person I needed to speak to but got a voicemail again. That was yesterday and today still nothing. All I want to do is make this appointment so I can make my back better but no. From the time I originally went to the ER and was refered to this doctor to getting actual treatment has been nearly 2 months. I won't mention the other things because I'm just sick of it.

Did not use a vest while taking 18 teeth x-rays. Attempting to call and leave a message with someone or reach someone worthwhile to talk is a complete and utter farce, a sham, an very unfunny joke, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR EVEN YOUR GENERAL WELL BEING!
