I am dismayed to read these reviews of our family optometrist for over 18 years. Dr. Thompson treated me and my three children, all of whom needed glasses and transitioned to contact lenses as teenagers, and we always felt we received excellent care. When we had eye infections, corneal abrasions and allergies he was ALWAYS there for us -- calling us and coming in on weekends to treat us when necessary. He also had a friendly, helpful staff. I don't know who these people are, but during the years we lived in Port Angeles we consistently found Dr. Thompson to be a terrific optometrist.

I visited Dr. Thompson while he was on call. He treated me with compassion and was very kind despite the fact that I was LATE! Thanks Dr. Thompson and staff.
