Went in for a ear infection I had been dealing with for a couple days now after swimming. The staff here was very friendly and efficient. Walking in the waiting room was pretty crowded, but it only took about 20 minutes to get me into a doctor, after everyone else was called in, I was shortly checked in by a nurse after. The only problem is I waited 2 hours to see the doctor! TWO. Nobody came in the room to check on me, just kind of left me hanging there.. I understand wait times, and that doctors can have their hands full, but I don't like waiting there without knowing why I've been waiting so long. Especially for 2 hours at a urgent care! He was only in there for a minute looked at my ear, diagnosed it, told me how to prevent it, and left telling me he'd be back with a prescription for antibiotics. Someone else ended up coming in with my prescription and helped me out on where to go to get it filled. Which was okay with me, at this point I had been in this place for over 2 and a half hours over a swimmers ear infection and was exhausted and wanted to go home. Yikes. Today was a little rough experience. Overall, the Medical Center is a very clean, and a friendly environment, but the wait time was a little crazy.
