I received poor customer service or understanding after I complained that I did not receive a gift card which I was told I would get with a qualifying purchase. Have not shopped there or any other Walmart since. I was told by the customer service person that my shopping there wouldn't make a difference.

I only go to cash my check, when all the banks are closed, and that's it. When it first opened up I had gone for other reasons but I didn't ever find what I was looking for. I was then told that they had to cut all of their departments in half in order to fit grocery. Then I was also told that when Walmart builds a new store in WA, that store doesn't have to pay property tax for the next ten years, gives back to the community my a**.

Walmart strong-armed their way into Pullman and left another empty parking lot and building in Moscow. I will never shop the Pullman Walmart for that reason alone. Shopped at the Walmart in Moscow every week. My few hundred dollars a month is going elsewhere.
