Very unprofessional from the moment I stepped in the door. The dentist took advantage of the fact that I care about my teeth and did too much work and up sold me to things I didn't need. The bill was atrociously high and my insurance was loath to pay something so ridiculous so the billing woman at the office hung up on my insurance, again unprofessional. So ultimately I had to be the go between for my insurance and his office. I should have gotten paid for doing their job.
