Kirby Nelson Orthodontics is wonderful. My kids started going when they were younger and Dr. Nelson kept on eye on their teeth growth to make sure that when and if it was time to get braces we would get them at the best possible time. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Lee and the whole staff are so knowledgable, caring and extremely nice. It's always so much fun going to the appointments. They really care about not only the kids, but the families as well. The environment is definitely family friendly. Great doctors, great staff and definitely the choice of our family's orthodontic needs. Thanks Kirby Nelson Orthodontics for all that you do!!!

I have been a patient of Kirby Nelson Orthodontics for almost two years now. My teeth look really straight and I am almost ready to get my braces off. I can't wait to see how they will look. The staff and doctors have been the best. They always take time to answer my questions and encourage me. It's great fun to visit them every month.

I would highly recommend Kirby Nelson Orthodontics to anyone looking for somewhere to have their braces done!!! I have been to 3 different orthodontists in my time in braces and they are by far the BEST! Usually you dread going to appointments, but not there! They really are like a family. Everyone there is extremely nice and always happy!! They're fast and efficient as well! Both Dr. Nelson and Dr. Lee are amazing orthodontists! I am so grateful that I was able to finish up my braces with Kirby Nelson Orthodontics!

Dr. Kirby Nelson is an awesome orthodontist!! I am 31 yrs old and (unfortunately) had to have traditional top & bottom braces put on. They offered Invisalign but it would have taken longer and was a little more expensive. Dr. Nelson absolutely loves working with people and improving their smile & confidence. And his staff is equally impressive. From the office staff who greets you as soon as you walk in to his assistants (who may actually be called techs or hygenists or some other industry term of which I am not aware) everybody is super friendly and they are all smiles when you are there :-) They greet you by name and they are very good about getting you back and in the chair shortly after you arrive. The most important thing to me was their patience. I was obviously in a hurry to get my braces off and therefore I had no less than a million questions and suggestions to help keep the process moving as fast as possible (note: in no way did my involvement speed the process up. I just felt better about it if I knew what was going on and what the plan was). Rather than getting annoyed by my naive armchair orthodontist questions, Dr. Nelson and his staff answered them all patiently and even once I made a suggestion to Dr. Nelson regarding my treatment and he was like "ok good idea... lets do it." How refreshing!! Anyhow, in a world of poor customer service and disappointing so-called specialists, Dr. Nelson and his staff are an absolute delight. I could not possibly be happier with the results (my braces are off now btw). I would emphatically recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone who is not happy with their smile. He is a treat to work with. I wasn't sure whether to include this or not but I feel like I should. I initially had another orthodontist who was overseeing my treatment. Same office but I wasn't working with Dr. Nelson yet. After 4 to 5 months of working with her, seeing very minimal progress and generally being unsatisfied with my experience thus far (she seemed kind of annoyed by my questions and wasn't very aggressive in moving my treatment forward), I requested a change and asked to work with Dr. Nelson specifically. That changed my experience completely and as I said before Dr. Nelson is smart, friendly and most importantly cares about working with you and giving you the perfect smile that you came in for! I actually ENJOY coming to my appointments! All the staff is friendly and inviting, and I love all the different prizes and competitions! The Kirby's Kash program is a stroke of genius, and I can't wait to get prizes.
