I would rate him a minus 5 if I could. I made an appt to have my 4 wisdom teeth pulled a few months ago for mid August. I received a call from the office a couple of days ago stating that he wouldn't be in that day. I had asked for time off and arranged for a ride to and from appt. I had to call my regular dentist to get a referral for another surgeon. I didn't get a reason as to why he wouldn't be in. Very poor customer service. Go elsewhere.
