I went to the pharmacy about a month ago, stood at window (no one else in line) while 2 in pharmacy had loud conversation... and waited... and waited... ignored I turned and went elsewhere to fill a prescription. Tonight my daughter had a wreck on her bicycle and my husband went to buy her a splint for her arm. He saw people working in the pharmacy and went to window just to ask if they knew where splints were. Pharmacist didn't talk to him, just closed the window where he was standing. It was after normal hours but he wasn't trying to get something filled, just trying to ask someone a basic question. Please don't shop here. I can't support this behavior. Thankfully Eagle River has other options.
