I experienced a medical emergency and required immediate attention from Sam's Club staff members; I was provided the medical attention required and thank Sam's Club Staff for providing me the help required to restore my health. I was able to continue shopping after nearly passing out minutes earlier. I have been a business member at this store since they opened several years ago; I love the low prices for goods they sell and I love the Sam's Club Staff Members that sell the goods.I'm the CEO of Nash Family Tours and Travel, we provide motor coach tours to Mall of America and other destinations in the Midwest. I purchase 100% of my goods from this warehouse. I recommend you join me and shop exclusively at this Sam's site.

Very rude service... The CMS charged me up and yelled at me because my card was expired after I have already gotten the go ahead to shop from a manager... After the that the manager act like she didn't care.. I've been shopping with sams club for the last 30 years and I will never step foot n their door again ...

I hate this Sam's Club all the employee are very rude. They lost my photos and when I call them about it I was put on hold for over 30mins. Then I was given the run around. I never did get my photos. Just the other day I call to orders some pizza and I was on hold for more then 25 mins finally when the girl answer she was very rude. Does anyone in higher management care about how the customer are treated or how rude their employee are to the customers? Does any of of the Manger ever read all the negative review about this store? I live near this area so I have no choice but to this one. Does that mean I have to be subject to the rudeness of the employee or how they make you wait on the phone? Something should really be done about this.

I'm new to the sams club experience and I enjoy shopping there however the first time I went the cashier was rude the second time I had a nicer cashier tho

pharamacy needs help, put on hold for long time this store pharmacy cares less about it's customers, I called corp,or home office, thay called store told pharamcy to pick up phones, also this pharamacy close in the after noon so you may have to wait for the pharamcy to reopen and that is random when thay close and reopen, worst pharamcy out of all sam club in the country.
