I have four children currently being treated by the staff at this office. They are careful, patient and my children like that they do not feel afraid of the dentists here. Rates are reasonable and staff is courteous.

The staff at Dr. Anderson's office is awful. I highly agree with the comments about the staff only trying to sell you something. They don't care about your health, they care about your money. Lexie, the receptionist there gave me severe attitude and HUNG UP on me because I had to cancel an appt and call back to re-schedule. Needless to say, I will NOT be rescheduling there. Ever. I don't understand why this cannot be anonymous... Come ON Google... Oh well... This place is HORRID.

Never again. I only gave a one star rating because one of the two crowns installed in this office still remains. The other was abscessed as they were informed when I first came to this office. They were paid almost $2000 for work on two teeth of which only one remains ten months later. The sickness caused by this problem wouldn't allow me to work and I thought I was going to die. My old dentist took care of the problem and now I'm recovering. Professional? hardly.

My wife went in and they said she would need $4,500 worth of dental work. We went to a different (more trusted) dentist and they said she did not need any dental work done. They were going to rip us off for $4,500. They took the x-rays and did the exam and then would'nt tell her what she would need done until a week later. Terrible, immoral dentistry. Stay far away.
