Great office. Dr Mims is great with both me and my wife, the hygienist is awesome, and the assistive staff are very helpful and friendly.

I like many people did not look forward to going to the dentist. After retirement I had to leave my dentist of 10+ years. I went to a new dentist and did not have a good experience. I left the second visit traumatized and decided that I would not go back there. I was referred to Dr Mims one of my physicians. Dr Mims, her hygienist, her assistant and her office staff all were very cordial and professional. I was made to feel comfortable, but I still was apprehensive about letting her start on the work. The first session was 5 hrs and I was under sedation for a large portion of it. This was dentistry like I've never seen before. The comfortable vibrating chair headphones with the music of your choice were a real plus. My second and subsequent treatments were done without sedation and I have found Dr Mims to be a kind, compassionate and skilled dentist who was concerned about the cause of my dental problems as well as steps to avoid repeat problems. I am so glad that I have finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with for my dental needs.

I am a new patient and I love Dr. Mims and her staff. If you are looking for a higher quality dental experience with great technology (love the music earphones to listen while my teeth are being cleaned); televisions/computer monitors where you can actually see your x-rays; and one of the most caring and professional staff in Milwaukee--do yourself a favor and head to Smile Institute. Dr. Mims was able to explain everything about my dental health and took the time to answer all questions thoroughly. You will not be disappointed. To me it's worth a drive from the Eastside to keep going back!

Heidi 03-25-11 I am a new patient of Dr Mims and after my visit I was so impressed that I referred almost 25 people! The office and staff were so welcoming and professional. I love the Saturday and evening hours so it works with my schedule however since there is not enough people they will be discontinuing the Saturday until the winter months. If you are looking for a new dentist or need a dentist who really cares about you as a person please give them a call. The office is so clean and advanced including a gentle massage chair you will not be disappointed! I hope to have a long lasting relationship with Dr Mims. Dont delay make your appointment today!!!

I visited Dr. Mims and her staff December 2nd(yesterday) and I can't sing their praises enough. From the receptionist calling me as soon as there was a cancellation, toDr. Mims speaking to me like I was a person, not just a patiend, she was awesome. The office is just beautiful, I call it a spa dentist, from the massaging chair to the advanced technology throught the office. All of the employees were nice and personable as anyone could wish for. I was nervous as knew that I would have to get a tooth pulled and they made it so comforting. If anyone is looking for a professional, lovely, relaxing, caring dentistry this is place to go.
