Not impressed very disappointed would not recommended i went there because i was new and town and it seemed decent i went about 5 mnths ago I went for cleaning and he was gentle and nice but I walked out assuming I had no problems they didn't tell me I did and I went to my husbands dentist because theY have free teeth whiteings they told me I have 5 cavities and a cracked tooth, and by the size of them they would have been there 5 mnths ago when I went to token creek now I have 1000.00 worth of work to get done and a new filling because he didn't let me know I had them and by what my new dentist said they were for sure there 5 mnths ago and I have a old silver filling that is separating from the tooth causing bacteria to get in and cause the problems do not go there u will walk out thinking your teeth are great and then to find out not so much

-- I write this review as a warning, simply as a means of informing those who have no other way of knowing the kind of service provided by this dentist. -- Having never had a bad dental experience I went to see Dr. Alex M. Thor without reading reviews or asking friends, as we were new in the area. Big mistake! He was friendly enough but I quickly realized that he was making bad decisions like having his receptionist double as a dental assistant (by her own admission she had no training). My wife had to have periodontal scaling & root planing in all four quadrants, we completed only half of he mouth before seeking a new dentist. He was by no means gentle, once he began the work he was quite insulting (my wife left in tears twice). And after finding a new dentist to complete the service they could not tell that any scaling or planing had been done. To make matters worse, Dr. Thor lied to us about the fees for his services and attempted to double bill us (after accepting payment and issuing a receipt/statement showing a zero balance). It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue.

Thanks for seeing my girls, and squeezing me in also. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything to all of us, and for doing an extraction on me. You made me feel at ease, even though I was/am totally scared. Thanks so much to Dr, Thor and the staff!

Great service!! I went in to get all four of my wisdom teeth out and experienced no pain at all. Dr. Thor was very gentle with my teeth and made sure to ask me if I was feeling any pain throughout the procedure. Best dental experience ever!!
