I called around to find an apt for my husband and I. Westside Dental got me in the next day and found an apt that worked within the next 2 weeks with my husband's schedule (hard to match). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Great service!

You can definitely do better. I went to Westside for years and recently switched, and it was only then that I realized that going to the dentist doesn't have to be such a trial. Westside is very inflexible with making appointments, they only ever have openings at the worst possible times and they hate when you have to cancel - even if it's way in advance. The hygienicists are nice enough, but they and Zino tend to just talk over you and act like you're not even listening. I recently had a very old filling fall out and told them I needed it filled soon because it left quite a large hole in my tooth, when I went in for the appointment they just looked at it and told me to come back another time. However, despite having a huge hole in my tooth they refused to let me make another appointment later because there was an outstanding balance, on my *father's* account, not mine. I called another dentist, got in for an appointment in two weeks and had it filled right away. Everyone there was much friendlier and paid far more attention to my questions and concerns, which is what made me realize what I hate so much about Westside.
