I recently went to the Douglas office for my eye exam and had a wonderful experience. The ladies had my insurance information ready for me so I knew what was covered beforehand. Dr. Asay and the staff worked very well together to make the exam quick, fun, and full of laughs. I purchased glasses afterwards and all three ladies were helpful and gave me their honest opinions. I highly recommend The Eye Institute if you want a very thorough eye exam with a friendly atmosphere.
