I had to come for a Chest X-Ray after a positive TB test. After paperwork was done and I confirmed the possibility of being pregnant, they told me a quick test is available to confirm or deny pregnancy. So after 1 hour wait I was called in and asked again about pregnancy. It appeared I needed to go to local Walmart to buy a test and to administer it at home and then to go back and have Chest X-Ray. When I asked about their pregnancy test, there was no such service available. Taking into consideration that all marketed home products are more or less accurate with 4 days before periods, and I had much longer to go, I had to ask them to reimburse payment for X-Ray and go home. I would avoid this particular Urgent Care even though Chest X-Ray was a bit cheaper than at a local TB clinic!

This place is terrible. I busted up my thumb playing volleyball and they treated me like a freak for thinking it is broken. I got X-rays and the doctor looked at them and said he "thinks" its fine, but will have a radiologist look at it and call me back. I have called them twice, and been told that it is "probably" not broken or they would have called me. I ask them to find out for sure and they have never called me back.

I ended up coming here 3 separate times for the same thing. The first time the medication prescribed gave me an allergic reaction. I had to pay $125 again to see the doctor to give me meds for the reaction and a different medication for the first condition. I had to come back once more for them to check on the allergic reaction because it was getting worse. After all of this, my skin condition was still not better and when I went back, they told me I would have to pay AGAIN! I talked to the office manager and the doctor and they wouldn't see me. On top of all that, the worker at the front desk LIED to me and told me that the doctor I had seen wasn't there because he was a "floating doctor". I saw and spoke with him once I got past the waiting room to talk to the manager. Never going back there again. They just mess you up more so you can keep coming back and giving them money.
