Sent the wrong medication to my 83 year old mother who is completely helpless and in an elderly home on hospice care. If her caregiver hadn't caught the pharmacist's mistake who knows what would have happened to my mom.
Prescriptions are delivered very late or, more frequently, the next day, even though they are called in early in the morning. I don't understand why it takes so long to fill them.
