Very bad customer service. The Better Business Bureau shows 741 complaints against them on 10/4/13. We had 3 prescriptions cancelled without us requesting this action. Then, they sent 2 of the cancelled prescriptions to an address where they were told several times not to send. Then, when these were rejected back to them, they still are trying to collect a co-pay. Before these 2 cancelled prescriptions were sent, new prescriptions were sent to a drug store by our doctor and filled so our insurance will not pay for these again. The drug store also was less expensive for us as Express Scripts charges the entire co-pay even when the medication cost is less. Many phones calls and notes have been sent to them & they refuse to fix the problem and will probably try to collect the co-pay for what we have never received through a collection agency next.

Terrible Experience with this company!!! They sent a letter with incorrect payment information, threatning to cancel my RX policy... upon my calling they assured me there was "no problem."..then they cancelled my policy and alerted Medicare. Each of their CS people had a "different" policy and my problem was never solved. My payments for the year were always made and accepted by the company... (late by 9 days one month) and the last CS rep told me it was my fault because they had warned me with the original letter,... I one I was told was "no problem" just a paymment and letter "crossing"

After years of great service my credit card was compromized and then the billing problems got out of control. After being issued a new card I updated my account information for continuity on my payments. Recieved two letters saying I to mail in a check or else lose my benefits. I updated my card information a second time. Today I received another invoice on a recent order requesting a mail in payment or update my card information again. These people have been working for the Government too long. I will of course try and update one more time.

What a horrible company. Used them twice with no problems. The third time after calling and confirming the amount I needed to send the check for and being told that there were still no issues with my lack of insurance, I sent the check and prescription. Two weeks later I called to see what the hold up was. I got a different story by everyone I spoke with: They lost the script, they could not fill it because I did not have insurance, the never received the script... They had no problem cashing the check though. Now I am out my 140.00, no medicine, and they claim there is no way to reach their accounting department (they apparently don't have phones). They have offered me a company credit though. Lot of good that does if they won't fill my scripts. You can imagine an uninsured person does not have a lot of extra cash laying around... Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. No sense of customer service and no issue taking your money and running. Use at your own risk!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Took forever, lost my script, was given the run around, They SUCK!!! they should change there name to" you`ll never get your Scripts Inc"
