Best service I've ever had in Edmonton, and I've been to many places since when I moved here I didn't have a family doctor. Very clean clinic and wonderful staff. Dr. Cheema is my personal doctor and she is great, puts in that time to figure out the best steps to get better and very informative.

My experience with this medical clinic has been extremely frustrating! Firstly, any calls made to them is never picked up. I have to try to get to them over 10 times before my calls are answered. If you are lucky enough to even get an appointment, it wont be for at least another month! Secondly, when I schedule an appointment for a specific time, I have had to wait a minimum of 30 - 40 minutes every single time before I am called in. Then when I do get in to see the doctor, there is another 10 - 15 minute wait before the doctor actually comes in to see you. Thirdly, the doctor only speaks to you for like 5 minutes. The exact conversation could have been had on the phone, however they wont let you speak to a doctor on the phone to avoid an appointment at all.
