Dr Lim and his staff are fantastic. I've had the worst teeth and over the last few years with continued care from Dr Lim, I finally feel like I'm on the upswing. Dr Lim is attentive, unhurried and very skilled. He prioritizes his clients comfort and well being. I've had some emergency issues and he has graciously fit me in last minute. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable, kind and comprehensive care. He almost makes going to the dentist enjoyable. (Almost ;)
DR LIM, is an amazing dentist! I was timid about coming in to see a dentist after i hadn't been in to see one in such a long time. Hecalmed my fears & was very frendly and just a great guy! He was even accomadating when i has an emergency. GREAT dentist office! Will aways go back!
Dr. Kenny and staff have been looking after myself and family for nearly 20 years. Their dedication to quality treatment is beyond compare! They went through a brief transition period where Winny.. the usual receptionist was off work with a busted hip and I can only assume this is what a previous review had trouble with. I have never had one single issue, complaint, or problem with Ken and his practice! My daughter who was severely needle phobic is now able to get proper dental care because Ken keeps up with the most modern techniques and practices.. and he is the most caring dentist I have ever been treated by. South Trail Dental is a busy practice too.. and I see regular clients coming all the time. Booking can be tricky at times because of his large client list.. and that in itself should indicate a successful practice! I have four kids who all see and love going to Dr. Kenny (as we call him).. he's almost like a part of our family. If you want great dental care in a clean quiet and modern setting, I highly recommend Dr. Kenny Lim and all his staff. You can even watch TV while getting your work done!
The administration has horrible customer service! My employee went in to get work done and he was declined because he didnt have" a paper card" she was asking for. I then called her to ask why she wont do work for him. She was very unaccomodating. I had to read out each line of the insurance plan, each number she had to call, and how much and what was covered. I do not work for the insurance company. I do not think any customer needs to go through all this hassel. Was she judging this guy because his hair is a little longer adn she thought he couldnt pay? if so, after I called her she was still insisting that he didnt have the proper info and making it very diffuicult for me to spell it out to her. I offered to fax the form and give her phone numbers to verify. All she wanted was a 'paper card" his health card wouldnt do. I read out his Id number and she wouldnt get it. If it takes this much effort to book an appt, how much effort does it take to get the correct work done? Will they refuse to take responsibility IF they messed up. I would not be comfortable putting my mouth at risk. Never will I go here and the employee also choose a different dentist. She will never see his insurance money.
