I got my teeth cleaned by Kayla. She is the most gentle hygienist I can remember. I want to try and get in every three months because I am older now and I need it. I will get my crown done as well because they are all super efficient and skilled. It costs basically the same as 20 years ago except gold prices have gone up. I paid acutally more for a crown 20 years ago in New York.

i dont believe my dentist was Gord, he was on vacation at the time but i went in for a toothache and they said i needed a cavity done, said he found 6 more needing done and said he could do it right then.... so i said w/e, do wat u need to. 7 cavities in 45 mins.... screwed my teeth up, i trusted he knew what he was doing. no freezing, not even any safety glasses or bib. so i know he probably just filled over my cavities. DO NOT VISIT. I use timberlea dental now... no issues, love goin there.

Visited Dr. Gord on a last minute appt. today for a possible sinus problem, he said no an absessed tooth.....my other dentist in Victoria told me it was nothing go to work....2 weeks in with pain already in place and mounting. Dr gord knew right away what the problem was and gave me options....I took the root canal and instant relief.....I would trust this man with my care any day, now to confront my dentist at home......Anyone working and travelling looking for the best CALL FRANKLIN DENTAL!!!!!! I went to visit Dr Gord...he was great super funny and a good dentist! I told the girls at the front desk that i did not want to go over my insurance...They were like ohhh yeah no problem...we wont go over it! My last visit was in nov. I got a phone call from them in the new year saying that I owed them 245.00 because the insurance company didn`t pay it. Well...how does that happen? they just go into their computer look at what other people in your group policy have and go by that...WELL GUESS WHAT...not everyone in the same group have the same policy! they were at 1700 dollars and i`m only covered for 1200...they went over the policy and then billed me the rest...In what world is that fair...Ì will never go back again...

I was very nervous, I've actually avoided going to the dentist in the past because of it. Dr Gord and his staff were so understanding and suggested sedation. I will never have any big procedures done without it again. The staff were all very professional and friendly - I won't go anywhere else in Fort McMurray!
