Beyond disappointed - was billed for a 90 minute massage when the hands on time was only 60. Even though the therapist clearly put on the receipt that it was a 60 min massage. I called the clinic and the receptionist was very rude when I asked for an adjustment to my bill. When I told her was not happy she told me she would talk to 'some people' and call me back. I have yet to hear back. Not even a call from the office manager or owner to seek clarification. Unfortunately I am out about &50.00 but they are out a massage a month. Please check your bill carefully. The massage itself was very average. I had to tell her to ease off as she was quite aggressive. There are other massage clinics in Okotoks that value customers. I will be booking there in the future.

Excellent front end staff! The girls there are extremely friendly and more importantly, helpful and patient with my kids when I need to bring them with me to my appointments. Highly recommend chiropractor, Dr. Caitlin Zietz and both massage therapists at Complete Health.
