I have never been treated so bad in my life. The receiption at cornerstone dental are RUDE. I had Lisa who works there hang up on me. When I called back to ask her why she hung up on me, she said that she did hang up on me and that she was done. Well excuse me Lisa, I am a customer. When I told her that I was going to come in to talk to Dr, she told me that in his policy I am not allowed back in his practice. Whats that.... Talk about bad customer service. Lisa just took money right out of his pocket... I guess she's never heard of WORD-OF-MOUTH. The sad thing is, my whole family goes there, and friends of mine. I'll be spreading the word... NEVER go to CORNERSTONE DENTAL in Okotoks!!!!! The worst customer service over the phone ever!!!! I was also thinking about going to the news about this. Infact I will....

Ok, well, it's hard for me to "love" a dental practice because I'm absolutely phobic about my teeth, but Cornerstone is fantastic. Dr. Mitic has been my dentist for more than 10 years, he does great work and really cares about his clients. I spend half the year overseas and can always call or mail him for advice if I have a problem. All the hygienists and receptionist are lovely and gentle and each time I'm there I have positive experience which makes it easier to go the next time. Highly Recommended :)
