I had a pretty negative experience. The staff are very eager and helpful when you first come and want you get orthotics and other services from them. But once you pay, it's next to impossible to get help or any sort of customer service. He just doesn't care. The orthotics were not a proper fit for my feet, they were hard, rigid and had no metatarsal pad. I was unable to wear them because of the pain they causes. They would not help me out, I had to wait 2 years before I could get another pay so my insurance company would cover them. When I sent a complaint letter in, got no response. They got their money and that's all they cared about. I got another pair of orthotics over 4 years ago from my chiropractor and haven't had any problems with them.
