Been going for a long time, when they were in cockerton. Last surgery their was 3 years ago, this filling has now dropped out (shoddy surgery by some one with poor understanding of the english language). In the last 2 years have booked 2 check ups, on each occasion the practice have called me to cancel appointments. Spoke to them last week and they tell me that I am no longer on their books as 3 years have elapsed, tried to explain that I have tried to book, but they keep cancelling appointments. No customer service, shocking attitude by the Darlington pratice manager (only a young girl obviously not a senior manager) Complaints manager (another young girl, kept calling me Mr Shildon!!) not a lot of help either. Absolutely out raged, poor work man ship, poor customer service, this practice as took £100s of me over the years. Thank you very much !!

Fantastic! Mr Pope and his staff are really nice, and make you feel at ease straight away. Which I think is so important, as a lot of people do not like going to the Dentist. Keep up the good work. Kind regards Chrissie
