had cancelled my future appointments and said I cud never go back to them again only because I turned up late by 10th minz, id understand if I never turned up and I explained that I was sorry n I was stuck in traffic and it had been snowing but that wasnt good enough and the receptionist was the most stroppy snottyest woman I had ever met in my life !!!
