I am really sorry to say but I have never ever known a dentist surgery be more unfriendly when it comes to children! Lots of people are afraid of dentists, especially children and this place does nothing to cure that fear ! My son, of 4 years old, did his best to do everything that was asked of him until he started to gag and therefore cry as it scared him only to be told he was uncooperative and not very good! I understand it must be frustrating when you can't do your job, and if it was an adult then fine you could say there 'uncooperative' but a 4 year old child who is scared and has still done everything that was asked is a bit much! However lovely dental assistant and practise just not good service from dentist herself!

my son my daughter and myself all felt pain when having fillings, not enough local anaesthetic. had bad fitting dentures twice and told could not have more for 4 months and as nhs no other option available... my son missed an appointment as he was ill, i rang as soon as was able to due to taking children to school, when i did ring missed his appointment by 20 mins was told could not be offered another appointment, and would be taken off the books, i replied by saying ok well i will look for another dentist for all of us then, so i have, and got appointments this week, sorry to have to say, lovely lady dentist but not good :(
