first impressions at the car park very good, easy to find and to park, free parking; folowed up by warm welcome at reception, everything clean and smart, good signage(do not understand the previous comments about people being lost, perhaps it was very very new then?) nice cafe, staff friendly, people smile and say hello - whats not to like

why does nobody pick the phone up !!!

Signage is appalling, the hospital is full of people wandering around aimlessly not knowing which floor, ward or even building they are in. It is so short staffed that it takes 25 minutes for an emergency buzzer to be answered, poor staff are worked off their feet. Parking signage is also appalling with cars meandering up down roads and down up roads. Absolutely shocking. On the plus side, its all new so there's less chance of contracting an infection, and the parking is free.

Dreadful! Appears to be very badly run! What a waste of money!

Looks very posh, cost a fortune to build......
