I went to Family Vision Center 2 months ago to get contacts. They were able to get me in very quickly, which I now understand why. The Optometrist was nice and this is only reason they are getting 2 stars. They were out if my prescription trials, so I was given a trial pair lower. They ordered my prescription and I was told they should be there in a couple of weeks. 2 months later and I still have no contacts. I was contacted last week to notify me of the contacts being there, I was out of town for the holiday. I went there today to pick them up, at 1 on a Tuesday. No one was there and doors were locked. I called the Madison office and was told they were short staffed and that "maybe" someone would be there tomorrow. Needless to say I will not be going back and do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
