This is the MOST unethical place I have ever dealt with. We took our daughter in for an estimate. She arrived with an estimate from our previous dentist showing exactly what we wanted and needed done. Their estimate did come in lower. I talked with the person that gave her the estimate. I asked is this everything that she will need done? I again asked so this $2039.00 will cover everything shes needs? All the works she needs will be completed? She replied yes. I then set an appointment for my daughter to begin the work. Four months into this process my daughter is ready for the last step and they slap her with a bill for $2200.00. I believe they knew what they were doing all along by not giving us an accurate estimate. They waited until we were to far into the work to turn back. It has taken over a month for them to finally give me an answer. I was supposed to be waiting to meet with Dr. Abedi. That never happened. After waiting for a week for the office manager to call me back. I gave in and called. She was out for the day. Cassy then got in the middle and got me an answer. Which was no we can't help you out, stating that the Dr. couldn't do it for free. Free I said? I just want him to do it for the $2039.00 estimate I was given AND have already paid. Needless to say I am filing my complaints with the appropriate offices. Save your peace of mind and pocket book and stay away from this place!!!!!!!!
