If I could give negative stars I would. It's not often that I write to the BBB but they pushed me over the edge! They are scammers. They claimed both my husband and I needed a mouth guard. Claimed he had 9 cavities and needed scaling and rooting to the tune of over $600 when he was only there for a regular cleaning. (He had just seen our old dentist 6 months earlier and had ZERO cavities and had a perfect check and cleaning performed). They claimed I had a cavity and before I realized they were scammers, had it filled to then have issues weeks later. The end result... them claiming I needed it redone but more than likely would need a route canal done. By that time, I was suspicious of their business practices and went to our old dentist (we switched for location convenience). Sure enough the cavity wasn't even that deep and it just needed to be redone (which I had to pay for of course!) When trying to get a refund from the other dentist it became another dishonest game of back and forth with Tiffany. She claimed I had to file multiple claims with the credit card company and they claimed I had to deal directly with them. End result... We were completely ripped off, overpaid for services we didn't need, and feel violated for trusting them. If you are in need of a dentist... DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Look around the internet and on the BBB people are slowly reporting their shady business practices! Negative reviews speak volumes about what type of care they will provide you! Be weary of reviews that are anonymous and have same last name as the dentist!
A very friendly place, very up to date technology. Very impressed with my first visit. I never have had my teeth cleaned with the sonar water technique. It actually felt great and my gums felt massaged. Plus, they are not sore after this cleaning like they usually are.
My husband and I and three of my kids went here back in May. Afterwards, we decided we would NOT be going back again. The dentist was not friendly or personable, nor did he ask my any questions about me or my teeth. Instead,he was presumptuous and tried to sell my husband and I some bite guards that we didn't need. He also made some comments about our kids teeth that didn't match up with what their previous pediatric dentist had said before we moved here. Overall, we didn't feel welcome or comfortable there. I felt like they were product-driven in an effort to make more money. I have since found a pediatric dentist for my kids that we love. Still looking for me and my husband.
Probably the most customer-service oriented dentist I've ever been to. Even gave me a first visit tour of the place.
Great experience!! Great staff and office!
