Used to work here for a few years when they first opened. seemed to have gone downhill since then. I cant tell you how many times I almost got run over by an employee hauling a card full of merchandise. they didn't even look up to say sorry or excuse me. Instead, they just kept moving like I was annoyingly in their way.

Tire and Lube is a complete waste of time. My wife was there for two hours to get a singe tire replaced only to have them call her up and tell her they couldn't get the lug nuts off. As soon as she got home I pulled out my four way lug wrench and loosened all the lug nuts without a problem. They did manage to partially strip one lug nut. Their excuse was they didn't have the right tools to loosen the nuts. Considering the amount of effort I had to put into it, I could of done it with the wrench the car came with.
