I like Dr. Smith okay, I guess. But his staff has always been very rude and unprofessional, both to me and to my pharmacy. The past few times I've had problems getting refills on my prescriptions, they denied my refills even though I had plenty, were mean to the pharmacist who sent them a fax for a refill request, and didn't tell me that I had to make another appointment if I wanted my refills (not sure why) until my schedule to take my pills was already messed up. This has happened on three separate occasions with two different pharmacies. I hate this office, and I'm looking for a new dermatologist.
