Went in with lower back and abdominal pain thinking it was a UTI. After waiting 2 hours before seeing the NP she did no exam and declared the moment she came into the room that I probably had an STD and that I was cheating on my wife or she was cheating on me. When I explained that it was unlikely she insisted that was the case and that they would test for it. I told them to go ahead because there would be nothing to find. Before I left the NP came up to me and handed me an antibiotic script and then *winked* saying they would call in 72 hours to confirm the positive results she was convinced of. Well 72 hours later I called them and what a surprise it was NEGATIVE. Now I have a kidney infection that could have been prevented if the NP had actually listened to what I told her and conducted an exam.

I went to Alliance Urgent Care on 6-8-12 and saw Dr. R.Parker. It was a waist of time and money! I went in because I felt weak and faint. I have a history of anemia and wanted to make sure my hemoglobin was above @ least 7. When I was examined by the doctor he asked why I was there. I told him my symptoms and he said "Why did you come here? I requested my H/H be checked and he said you should have gone to the ER. I explained that the copay for the ER was significantly higher. He said "Then it's not that bad." I then requested at least a note for work so that I could wait to see my pcp on Monday and he said "Well If it can wait, its not that bad."Reluctantly, he gave me a note for work. He didn't send me to the lab so how could he know how "bad" my condition is without results? I am a nurse and I feel the doctor needs to learn bedside manner. What a waist of a fifty dollar copay!!!!

I went to the urget care due to an injured hand. Everyone was pleasant and the wait time was short. The Dr xrayed my hand and let me know it was not broken and gave me a note for work. Very quick and easy.

I was Shocked to read the previous reviews! I have been seen at this urgent care several times as well as my children and I have NEVER had a bad experience... I would prefer to come here then to my own PCP... The Staff has Always been friendly and Prompt and the doctors the same..I've Never had to wait more then 20 minutes to be seen and I would much rather prefer getting in and out then sitting at the primary care or ER for hours...If I can ever get an appointment for the PCP... I will continue to go here...Despite all the Haters!

I filled out the online check-in, it said I would be called back and I wasn't. I still had to fill out even more paperwork when I got there, paid the $90 fee to walk in the door get blood pressure taken and then the doctor comes in. He tells us that he will administer a treatment then comes back 10 minutes later to tell us that he can't do that and we need to go to the ER, they print out the standard paperwork for us to show the hospital for a transfer so I get in the car with my extremely sick and dehydrated girlfriend and remember they didn't tell us where they are sending the transfer papers. To my surprise when I asked them where I needed to go they said wherever we wanted. Not the customer service I had hoped for. All I can say is do your research before you use an urgent care, alliance was a $90 lesson learned and I hope if you use an urgent care you use someone other than alliance.
